At the beginning of last month, our factory received a batch order from the United States. Although this customer was cooperating with us for the first time, he had great trust in us and was willing to order 50 sets of slewing bearings from our factory. Last week, we sent a set of samples to the customer to let the customer test the bearing data. This morning, the customer gave feedback that there was no problem with the bearing, it was running well, and it could be mass-produced.

The raw materials purchased for this batch of bearings are 42CrMo material. The processing process generally requires 6 processes, such as forging-annealing-rough processing-heat treatment-finishing-assembly, etc. Each process also contains some small processes, such as turning, drilling, chamfering, etc. Generally speaking, it takes 3 months to produce this batch of goods.

However, our factory has self-developed and produced vertical and horizontal machining centers, gear hobbing machines, gear grinding machines, 4-meter and 8-meter vertical beds and other equipment, which can perfectly complete the above processing process, so it will greatly shorten the processing time. This batch of goods can be produced in less than 3 months and delivered to customers.
